"The Ragin' Cajun" Originally from Baton Rouge , Louisiana, Jean-Claude brings a hybrid sound to "NanyaNa." He began cutting his teeth on the Rock scene in Baton Rouge, and parts of the Southeast Region of the U. S. He is influenced by all types of bassists....from Geezer to Flea to Jaco. This broad range of influences has helped him to develop a unique, and colorful style. In "NanyaNa", Jean-Claude's playing provides a solid "bottom end", while supporting the groove of the rhythm section. Coming from a somewhat aggressive background musically, he helps to mold the overall sound into a defiantly moving feel.
